Hambledon was informed on 17 November 2010 by Somercourt Investments Limited (Somercourt”) that, following a purchase of 20,000,000 ordinary shares on 10 November 2010 and a further purchase of 3,500,000 ordinary shares on 16 November 2010, Somercourt are now interested in a total of 23,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 4.55% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
