Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement made on 11 April 2012, following the issue of Shares to EBRD, the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 979,721,513 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 979,721,513.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in Hambledon as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
