Directors’ dealings

Anpario announces that Richard Edwards and Karen Prior, both directors of the Company, each purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 23p each (“Ordinary Shares”) on 29 November 2012, at a price of 106.5p per share.

Consequently, Richard Edwards is now interested in 62,681 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.32% of the Company’s issued share capital) and Karen Prior is now interested in 40,001 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.20% of the Company’s issued share capital).
