Director’s shareholding

Anpario plc (“the Company”) announces that it was notified on 8^th January of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 23p each.

On 8^th January 2014 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director, purchased 3,600 ordinary shares, at a price of 274.58p per share. Mrs Prior subsequently transferred these shares to her adult sons.

Following the purchase and transfers Mrs. Prior’s shareholding in the Company is 52,751 ordinary shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital.
