A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website
at www.arc.com.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2 the Company also
confirms that there will be a resolution put to the Annual General Meeting to
amend the Company's Articles of Association to take account of changes brought
about by phased implementation of the Companies Act 2006. A summary of the
proposed amendments is set out in the letter to shareholders explaining the
business to be considered at the Annual General Meeting. Copies of the Company's
Articles of Association and of the proposed amendments will also be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility.
