On 6 August 2004, the Company awarded Peter van Cuylenburg 1,000,000 share
options, 125,000 of which vested on 3 September 2006.

Peter van Cuylenburg has exercised the option over 125,000 Ordinary Shares on 15
September 2006.

Following this exercise, Peter van Cuylenburg, now holds 962,500 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.639% of the issued share capital and has options over 312,500
Ordinary Shares representing 0.208% of the issued share capital.
