The Company was notified today that Carl Schlachte, Chief Executive Officer of
the Company, has today sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.065% of the
issued share capital, at a price of 44 pence.

Following this disposal, Carl Schlachte holds 681,364 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.446% of the issued share capital and options over 2,736,842
Ordinary Shares representing 1.792 % of the issued share capital.
