ARC International plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Employee Benefit Trust
On 22 September 2008, the ARC International plc Employee Benefit Trust (the
"Trust") purchased 4,000,000 0.1p Ordinary Shares of ARC International plc at
19p per share.
The Company's shares held by the Trust are used to satisfy awards in the
Company's Executive Share Option Plans and long term incentive plans.
The Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility are
potential beneficiaries of the Trust and are deemed to be interested in the
shares held by the Trust.
Following this purchase, the ARC International plc Employee Benefit Trust
retains an interest in 7,641,799 shares representing 5.00% of the issued share
capital.
