Under the terms of the Performance Share Plan, the options can be exercised
after 3 years subject to certain performance criteria.

Following this release, Carl Schlachte holds 681,364 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.45% of the issued share capital and options over 3,136,842
Ordinary Shares representing 2.05% of the issued share capital and Victor Young
holds options over 1,705,263 Ordinary Shares representing 1.12% of the issued
share capital.
