acting as Managers on behalf of APAX UK V -A, LP and APAX UK V - B
Partnerships informing it that following the sale of shares in the
recent Tender Offer the above mentioned beneficial owners no longer
have a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
