We refer to our notification under section 198 of the Act, dated 12
March 2003, and write to inform you in accordance with section 202(4),
that as at close of business on 18 March 2003, of the interests
disclosed to you 9,719,895 constituted interests as mentioned in
section 208(5).

We further notify you in accordance with section 202(4), that as at
close of business on 19 March 2003, our interests of a kind described
in section 208(5) of the Act had changed to 2,562,000 shares.
