The Company received a notification on 23 March 2004 from Legal & General
Investment Management Limited, informing it that the Legal & General Group plc
and/or its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 7,455,000 ordinary shares
representing 5.167% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Ltd.
