Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Fidelity Investments
International on behalf of Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries. The notifiable interest also comprise the notifiable
interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3d. A principal shareholder of Fidelity
International Limited, informing it that they have an non-beneficial holding in
a total of 4,322,733 shares representing 2.91% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company and therefore no longer have a discloseable interest.
