The Company received a notification from Fidelity Investments International on
behalf of FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The notifiable
interest also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3d. A
principal shareholder of FMR Corp and Fidelity International Limited, informing
it that they have an non-beneficial holding in a total of 4,697,733 shares
representing 3.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
