Investments International on behalf of Fidelity International Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries. The notifiable interest also comprise the
notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3d. A principal shareholder of
Fidelity International Limited, informing it that they have an non-beneficial
holding in a total of 4,498,928 shares representing 3.02% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company
