ARC International was notified on 20 March 2007 that Gartmore Investment Limited
is the beneficial owner of 18,004,746 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the
Company, equivalent to 11.89% of the Company's issued share capital and total
voting rights.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the obligations laid down in Section DTR5 of
