ARC International announces that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held

earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

A copy of the resolutions (other than the resolutions concerning ordinary business) passed at the AGM and copies of the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
