Appointment of Director

The Directors of Watermark (AIM:WET) are pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Lewis as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Lewis (39) is an experienced public company director who has spent over 15 years working with small and mid-cap UK and Australian corporates across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on the resources and energy sectors, as both a director and adviser .

He is an experienced senior manager and entrepreneur having led the creation and development of mining group Beacon Hill Resources from inception as a small listed investment company to producing coal mining group. He previously was instrumental in the growth of a public listed investment banking group, initially in the UK and latterly in Australia. He has extensive experience of the public company environment both as a director and as an adviser.

He will provide us with very broad expertise in several crucial areas and already has extensive experience of developing natural resources companies. This will be of enormous benefit to us in building up our current business in South Africa but importantly with his extensive range of contacts in seeking new opportunities for Watermark to invest in.”
