The Company was informed on 08 November 2011 that following a sale of shares in May and June 2011,Queensland MM (Pty) Limited now holds 26,309,714 ordinary shares which represents approximately 1.76% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. An associated company, AMN Nominees Pty Limited, holds 20,476,190 representing 1.37%. Combined, these holdings in which Mr Bryan Frost has a beneficial interest, amount to 3.13% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
