The Company was informed on 7 June 2011 that, following its acquisition of ordinary shares in connection with the placing which became effective on 7 June 2011, Hargreave Hale Limited holds 62,846,512 ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary clients which represents approximately 5.7002%% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
