Amlin announces that Shonaid Jemmett-Page, non-executive director, was
appointed a non-executive director of Greencoat UK Wind plc with effect
from 5 December 2012. Greencoat UK Wind plc was admitted to trade on the
London Stock Exchange on 27 March 2013.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing
Rules.
