                            Directors' shareholdings

An offer to all eligible staff of Partnership Shares under the Company's Share
Incentive Plan ('SIP') was made in December 2007 and accepted by certain
Directors and staff subject to the close period prior to 31 December 2007. The
following Directors have now been informed by the trustee that the SIP acquired
90 shares on each of their behalf on 4 February 2008 at a price of 276.25p per
share:
