its US$50,000,000 7.11% Fixed to Floating Rate Subordinated Bonds due 2019 (the
'Bonds'), which were issued on 23 November 2004, is GB00B04KCW14.
The Bonds have been issued in definitive form and therefore no application has
been made for the Bonds to be accepted for clearance by any clearing system.
