PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2007

Amlin plc, the leading Lloyd's insurer, will be announcing its annual results
for the year ending 31 December 2007 on Thursday 28 February 2008 and its 2008
Interim results on Thursday 21 August 2008.

Analysts' meetings will be held on the above dates at Amlin's head office, 10th
Floor, St Helen's, 1 Undershaft, London, EC3A 8ND at 10.00am. Please register to

let us know and we will provide 'dial-in' details nearer the time. Details of
