TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Amlin plc
('Amlin') advises the market that its issued capital as at the 30th November
consisted of 537,378,408 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid ('shares'). The
voting rights of all these shares are identical, with each share carrying the
right to one vote. Amlin holds no treasury shares.
The increase in shares in issue during November resulted from exercises of share
options. Such issues are included within relevant listings granted by the UK
Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
The above figure of 537,378,408 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Amlin under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
