Bank of Georgia signs a Subcustodian Agreement with State Street Bank

JSC Bank of Georgia (LSE: BGEO) (the “Bank”), the leading bank in Georgia announced today that State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company and the Bank have signed a Subcustodian Agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which the Bank has been appointed as a subcustodian of the State Street and Trust Company. According the Agreement, the Bank will act as subcustodian for various customers of State Street Bank and Trust Company.
