John Hogan to retire from Board

Dublin, London | 24 February, 2016: C&C Group plc (“C&C” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks, announces that John Hogan, after 12 years as a non-executive Director, will retire from the C&C Board with effect from 29^th February 2016, the end of the Company’s financial year.

John has served on the Board of Directors since C&C’s initial public offering in 2004. During this time, John also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Sir Brian Stewart, Chairman, commented: “On behalf of the Board and the Company, I would like to thank John for his contribution since his appointment as a non-executive Director at the time of C&C’s IPO in 2004.
