Announcement Date for 2009/10 Full Year Results

Dublin, London, 19 April, 2010: C&C Group plc (“C&C” or the “Group”), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announces that to provide access to a broader investor and analyst group; and, to avoid reporting conflicts with industry peers, the Group has re-scheduled the issue of its 2009/10 full year results from 18 May to 25 May, 2010.
