Completion of Acquisition of Vermont Hard Cider Company

Dublin, London & Vermont, USA | 24 December, 2012: C&C Group plc (“C&C” or the “Group”), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider and beer, announces that it has completed the acquisition of the Vermont Hard Cider Company, LLC (“VTHCC”).

Stephen Glancey, CEO of C&C Group, said:
