Dublin, London, 8 April, 2010: C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group'), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announces that it has received unconditional approval from the UK Office of Fair Trading ('OFT') in respect of the acquisition of The Gaymer Cider Company (‘Gaymers’).

C&C will now proceed with the integration of the Gaymers business.
