Segmental Reporting
In advance of 2015 first half results, C&C Group plc (“C&C†or the “Groupâ€) announces a change to its segmental reporting to reflect its current organisation structure, business model and management of the Group.
The new segments are outlined below together with detail on how the segment was previously classified. Also included below are revenue, net revenue and operating profit for the six months ending 31 August, 2013 (“H1 2014â€) and the 12 months ending 28 February, 2014 (“FY 2014â€) under the new segments together with the previous segmental classification.
There is no change to the previously reported Group revenue, net revenue or operating profit.

C&C Group plc is a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks. The Group manufactures Bulmers, the leading Irish cider brand, Magners, the premium international cider brand, Gaymers cider and the Shepton Mallet Cider Mill range of English ciders and the Tennent's beer brand. C&C Group also owns Woodchuck and Hornsby’s, two of the leading craft cider brands in the United States.
