Blocklisting Application

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 6 ¹⁴/₈₁ pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 14 March 2012 and that trading will commence 15 March 2012.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued as a result of the award of shares under the Deferred & Matching Share Scheme.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
