On 26 June 2012, the Company received notification from Grant Dawson, a PDMR of the Company, that on that date 1,113 Centrica plc Ordinary shares of 6¹⁴/₈₁ pence were transferred by way of gift to his son, Elliott Dawson, from the Estate of Mr Stanley Dawson, deceased.

Grant Dawson’s total interest in shares* following this transaction is 571,407 shares (0.01% of the issued share capital).
