Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 30 December 2013, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 727 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 406 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 534 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share.

Remaining Shareholdings

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Margherita Della Valle: 7,232 Shares

Ian Meakins: 6,276 Shares

Lesley Knox: 5,192 Shares

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 30 December 2013.
