Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 25 November 2013, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 733 Shares at a price of 345.155 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 410 Shares at a price of 345.155 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 590 Shares at a price of 345.155 pence per Share.

Remaining Shareholdings

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Ian Meakins:						5,870 Shares
Lesley Knox:						4,658 Shares
