Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 25 March 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 756 Shares at a price of 334.70 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 422 Shares at a price of 334.70 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 555 Shares at a price of 334.70 pence per Share.

Remaining Shareholdings

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Margherita Della Valle: 9,567 Shares

Ian Meakins: 7,580 Shares

Lesley Knox: 6,908 Shares

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 March 2014.
