Acquisition of Shares

On 28 July 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 557 Shares at a price of 313.30 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 451 Shares at a price of 313.30 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 650 Shares at a price of 313.30 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 28 July 2014.
