Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 27 April 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 667 Shares at a price of 267.05 pence per Share; and
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 884 Shares at a price of 267.05 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 28 April 2015.
