Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 27 July 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 652 Shares at a price of 273.15 pence per Share; and
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,079 Shares at a price of 273.15 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 27 July 2015.
