Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 25 November 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 833 Shares at a price of 214.0 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 865 Shares at a price of 214.0 pence per Share; and
• Steve Pusey, a Director of the Company, purchased 783 Shares at a price of 214.0 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 November 2015.

This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
