Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence (‘Shares’)

On 27 June 2016, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 954 Shares at a price of 208.50 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 967 Shares at a price of 208.50 pence per Share; and
• Steve Pusey, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,120 Shares at a price of 208.50 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 28 June 2016.

This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
