Centrica plc (“the Companyâ€) received notice on 10 February 2012 (under
the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FSA's Disclosure &
Transparency Rules), that on 8 February 2012, Petronas International
Corporation Ltd disposed of all its shares and no longer had a
notifiable interest in the Company.
