Centrica plc (“the Company”) received notice on 2 April 2014 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules), that on 31 March 2014, Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited had a notifiable interest in 327,777,755 ordinary shares of 6^14/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 6.48% of the Company’s issued share capital.
