Interim and Special Dividends - Relevant Dates

As stated in the Interim Results for Centrica plc, the ex-dividend, record and
payment dates for the interim dividend and proposed special dividend will be
determined by the closing date for the disposal of the AA. A timetable for the
dividends and the share consolidation will be included in the announcement on
the AA sale completion.
