Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, the
Company hereby notifies the market that at the date of this notice, its issued
capital comprises 3,662,811,556 ordinary shares. All of these shares carry
voting rights of one vote per share.

The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 3,662,811,556 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
