Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 21 November 2013, it purchased (through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited) 1,100,000 (one million one hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 341.35 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 343.30 pence and 335.60 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 95,502,760 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,104,426,932 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
