Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 30 September 2014, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 1,000,000 (one million) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 307.4968 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 308.30 pence and 306.50 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 61,433,480 ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,998,494,801 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
