Share Repurchase Programme

Centrica plc announces that on 3 November 2014, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 1,200,000 (one million two hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 296.6371 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 299.50 pence and 294.70 pence respectively.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 73,164,715 ordinary shares in treasury and has 4,972,425,763 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
