ECO Animal Health Group plc announces that it has today bought back 3,268 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 209 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury.

Following the share buy-back ECO Animal Health Group plc's issued ordinary share capital consists of 63,107,421 Ordinary Shares, of which 3,268 shares are held in treasury. Each share carries one vote. Accordingly, the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 63,104,153.
