London 21 May 2010: The Company received notification on 20 May 2010 pursuant to the Transparency Directive’s Transitional Provision 7, that:

• City Equities Limited has sold to certain clients, with City Equities Limited acting as Principal, the shares acquired in the Company’s Placing announced on 12 May and now no longer has a notifiable interest in issued share capital of the Company.
• YA Global Master SPV, Ltd is interested in a total of 10,567,719 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 3.18 per cent of the Company’s current issued share capital of 331,750,562 All of these shares carry voting rights.
